工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
" F( E/ B% E% y+ E- x4 OŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

7 R/ G& B; R! M; I5 m4 Z, Y, IŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
/ @% M. i* v+ |, a- }  _' U5 _. ?Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
* S$ ]& M4 }1 [: R; {Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
, y# R! q8 L8 h' {1 D% }Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
) c, F/ U3 C% yŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

! v2 ~  s3 X1 T- g  P. a! N/ gŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
, Y2 v" w- o1 O6 q2 o0 s. A: HŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
