工作职责
% F* a" E6 F- p! M; V' b2 jŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
0 l& v  e. m) N5 eŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
5 [+ W+ K! b. @9 M) }! h) Y; \Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
: p( n6 w. A$ w, uŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
  r1 h( H' c/ GŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
  T! w1 E0 w  s) pŸ   Excellent communication skills
7 j: O. X3 t6 QŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
$ |" R: {8 \6 k1 s8 `5 uŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
  M' t; F6 [- o# b4 ~, T/ lŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
2 Y. h$ Y: ^$ B, p0 bŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
