0 ]1 o' X* R( r Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.' L1 X% T0 a% w" S J+ S
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.

Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
# U: Z* V+ v. c- [1 }( H1 Y Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.0 b2 O1 y5 R: ?( x1 c6 O
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.# E0 T7 h: R) ]8 \' ^
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
/ A- N5 Q' ~0 P6 I/ W: W$ U# c9 _0 T q Ability to interpret construction drawings.
) b3 Z+ C1 h+ s1 N J2 } Structural wood framing experience is an asset.1 D. `% F0 }) I2 y7 ]& X; L
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.$ Y6 O2 m3 z3 Y0 e4 W. u
Excellent communication skills# T" f6 w: ~6 |; X* G6 U$ U) z
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
3 t1 v+ O: u! W! O WHMIS ; c) u1 J: Z% H& H3 e
Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.+ | h, E" u Z' N7 d: s9 M/ z
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
9 J! e% W& t8 A' M& N Valid driver’s license
& g: E- M! C" s* o Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
+ F5 \$ a5 V" l/ J* P' Z" H Computer experience required. 1 ?0 e0 ]6 Z h+ D5 w% V1 X
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset. k' I0 z$ h# ?2 K3 z5 U
