工作职责
% c- o0 U6 s6 W+ k: C% Z$ X2 OŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
7 [7 A+ F% _. H8 |1 ?Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
$ ?, Z! j, X7 ?! K' [8 EŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
7 o! r0 S0 n% |" {3 ^/ r, e任职要求
# S1 q# ^, H' z$ X# @7 j( YŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
; R* S  q. y2 H) cŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
3 }; F2 w  ]4 K! Q' YŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
+ X. G3 v3 R) ~Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
3 a& l: E/ [6 h0 F4 ]2 uŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
' }/ S0 I$ s, U3 |7 V7 }9 U% PŸ   WHMIS
. O0 [& u$ Y5 I8 P2 E# fŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
& u% v+ r3 E2 e: V  ?4 u" OŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
