工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
7 \& a& \7 u' Q0 yŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

  g* c, G/ T0 t. E7 R8 RŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
/ j0 W* R% P( qŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
/ E7 p; ~8 A2 ]# j. {4 T) A, F4 y& hŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
) h$ E, V9 e' m" K5 z4 ?" x5 t/ UŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
  j, N+ Z- m4 @% ]Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
0 x% T! y: c# c! o' L+ UŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license

Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
