Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
- I. n' t! P9 [8 g y/ f( v Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.) g/ ` t9 N# L
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
: T' r- M% Y& m& ^& J# d Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience. ?. b9 k' g$ |& _. N: S- H, a
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
4 L. q: U$ G: t Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
; m5 K6 r$ v& V% I: ]% l( d% W Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.. X4 O3 G8 S5 n& `! i3 R
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
: |, v: G4 E( t% J) N Structural wood framing experience is an asset.0 k6 F t5 q2 H7 J* [/ L' {+ t
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.8 @8 h. j, L/ s6 E
Excellent communication skills; [ K+ t7 g1 G& t
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

2 ~6 h0 T* |5 d! ?- S' o Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
^7 F1 l6 u% A" z2 Z% g Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
4 Q% c2 [- u% ]/ b1 P3 N3 S3 S Valid driver’s license
# D' ~0 s. _, }: o- X E! h/ v Steel toed boots and own hand tools.3 b" s3 e/ ^& Z& L6 i( w/ q
Computer experience required.
q& ]6 e9 G N% ]Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.( c/ \! r! N# d; u' L1 n
