- S0 F ]2 y. k; ^5 K; p/ o7 S Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
/ u4 ]% s2 |: v9 \ [! s Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
. M% U* d9 Z+ ~, T Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.7 ~5 O/ {, b# v& l( r4 O
任职要求
, ]5 y! M7 T# { Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.: R) s4 b7 q* i4 c
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
: A7 c: h1 {8 o+ T8 L Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.! o4 S0 @4 G- d. U+ t" t* Y b
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.9 v1 E# K, o- |* ~7 x1 W6 b8 }. V
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.8 Q6 c7 E" N$ v) G" p& Z
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
7 U/ Q* C- I% G5 O" O9 [( Q Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
4 [) r2 `6 o0 `* w Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule." Y4 ]+ a# P% i* ^, S
Excellent communication skills
- y& T4 \/ Y8 J7 u! G0 K Q8 U Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

6 N0 g1 Y5 N- \3 S Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
9 m m9 F5 E \2 T4 ]$ G! Y; ? Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
7 b9 Z$ I6 e6 B( m. G Computer experience required. 6 S% j+ \# Z9 H/ k% l
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
