: L6 @6 o4 |& D7 _! R% d Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
& s; i6 f1 b9 c1 m7 _% y! C* c/ \ Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
" K) A5 B& z: e$ z% \8 z Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.. H K* @/ ?3 D* m
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.) ]7 v/ I3 H) j' m( r6 [1 P$ u
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
$ G( F/ L3 d' P$ K: i Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
5 A, o0 l8 \% o; P0 [+ q1 S Ability to interpret construction drawings.4 ?. i: A6 B9 s0 R+ g& c
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.7 C# L6 T; r6 E+ h3 T& m
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.; m& b+ ]& e9 q
Excellent communication skills# u5 M8 D3 z1 K) T: v
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. a& K4 ^ C8 G) p! u
WHMIS
+ q2 h1 o9 g) C4 ]# r9 N- Y8 m Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
$ H% x7 g2 H% U, ]) f% |+ i Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.# p7 s5 C& v% c
Valid driver’s license3 ~( ` Z" |- z
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
/ Y# y6 [1 _2 Q. Y& P Computer experience required. 9 n) P& |% W3 u; `( `! m# \( j! L9 d
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
