Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

- N0 S+ H" [2 O3 g Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
6 a' j2 \, y+ d$ R" q+ o Maintain CRM (Copper)
& t" ^3 @5 u& i" M Submit and reconcile expense reports
; j( {' F+ V0 |5 G5 H, e( h# u7 o Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients" \6 u& ^" H# j2 p, O; p
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers* A7 z& z* \: A C( F4 {' c

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
