Answer and direct phone calls

Develop and maintain a filing system

' ]9 N( k6 Z V( L; |+ U: A Maintain CRM (Copper)9 a% d( f+ i% q5 r" T
Submit and reconcile expense reports; I9 I* e- a) R5 H2 t8 u
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
$ [+ d: t, P! l% { Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail1 G% ]6 v2 ]4 y o
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus/ Z0 Y. H" j/ x h9 p
