Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system
, F! Z0 ]" i+ Z2 j7 \! d0 Y4 Z- v Update and maintain office policies and procedures `! n6 z D, `" I! Y. I3 h
Maintain CRM (Copper)
# e1 b( @) p# C3 A. k: ` Submit and reconcile expense reports
7 T' O) w( X" M; X7 [- E* B6 U3 u Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- B9 u% n* b+ ?' Z. T% n2 E5 M% u6 i6 _ Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers/ b5 I# N3 b6 e# `3 U! ]

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

* o9 z0 g% S) V( P& Z% Q, a) F9 a Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
