Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department
; r& {% a# h% C" S2 } Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Submit and reconcile expense reports
( o7 h. V+ X$ ^8 ~+ ? Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
7 x- g, e8 z) m( y+ x; A" ?, h Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs; }: f: t0 z p" Z! ~- Z
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail8 m4 V5 P; H4 {( t
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
