Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system- S2 ?# c2 Q! q1 E" u
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
! H: \/ z6 k$ C0 O/ Z* l5 o Maintain CRM (Copper)
! I; G/ B; n& F& r Submit and reconcile expense reports
, i6 O$ h! G$ P9 y8 A Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients1 } p; w- [8 ]5 M
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers) L: C& i- h, T. S3 H

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
( N4 B" J G7 D Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
* Q5 S/ B- w; Y2 [4 b. Q# ? Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
3 i' F6 I7 T2 D; l- zHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
