Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget. T9 J' S4 o, }7 A
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
( I& z2 m% \6 V7 h6 h$ L+ O Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.2 A/ P9 k5 M# k' H
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
$ c, i4 Y5 ]- y& x1 [& ]- I Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.0 T8 `8 ^, ]3 p8 M
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
" w, b5 D! D# ]* p Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.( b* ?) B; P% E7 D, ~
Ability to interpret construction drawings., o1 Z6 v# K$ F5 H+ Q4 u0 G& R
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.! a/ O9 g7 v# W2 z+ Q2 {, P( q
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
, [4 Q2 U, T9 V9 [- F( ^ Excellent communication skills
- m) M7 N' ]+ z3 c4 J Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver’s license

Computer experience required. - _' a" u; W4 n- W
