工作职责
5 ]/ j# `" X8 A" cŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
* W# D7 q9 k( a1 q9 K: OŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
+ X0 G. O# G# c* N/ l* Q1 cŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

4 a# |& e" w$ D* S7 dŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
1 ]) b. k! S; Q8 U. F4 [Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
) |+ m0 Z2 B; l4 bŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
( H6 W" i# ^. ~! P, t, t( uŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
