z# f6 E* T5 f0 {* p8 Z Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
. G7 ?1 `, d8 s" ?* X Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
) H7 E% @ A! w5 J% c Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
0 W3 y; O' a, t' G ` r Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.* w$ q8 m' I5 b( d' B+ P5 L- w9 F
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.9 x' p+ a& |& ?
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
4 b9 t* N0 }/ L Ability to interpret construction drawings.
% ^. M: d0 F# w7 r Structural wood framing experience is an asset., V: e, O- u' j) R
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
) D6 |$ k1 G% `+ r/ { Excellent communication skills+ O& L4 O. [7 V) r# O% T
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment., `1 D |9 U: P/ z( k+ X
WHMIS 4 ?3 X: w. Q" k- Y3 m5 P5 l
Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
y/ c; T1 X, [; E Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.+ n ~& \, f! Q
Valid driver’s license0 x: z; p/ U. E' Q" `- O$ E [: C
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.

Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset./ P' Y8 I, L. l. |+ o) u' u
