Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget., F7 H1 W$ a- N) l7 q
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
, @+ O% t; D" Z# { Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.* X$ k$ P P; X+ u5 w- @% l
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
& D v4 A; v0 a5 s2 V: B4 z Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
w, k) @: F8 U& v Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.& R! A3 ~$ S$ I% \- C6 o
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.' }( M3 `0 j! K) b: R! }8 p$ b
Ability to interpret construction drawings.: R3 ^) H9 T, c, r9 G
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.8 e, e5 G9 S6 V/ c7 L9 W
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.! a1 |: l5 s. Y: D4 R1 B" k
Excellent communication skills, Z: U6 s+ ^" E
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.7 H9 v9 j+ b9 l7 q5 O4 K
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
9 r# n% \$ ^- ^; c c# T Valid driver’s license7 O- X' d' q# b) q5 X7 T h% K
Steel toed boots and own hand tools. V4 K7 n c) b/ B+ o
Computer experience required.
) w9 e3 z! E9 }: v) @. z2 @: e2 aExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.) ^" e4 J z" V' a2 K
