工作职责
' x$ l; X# S( f# z9 ?Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
1 @" c! S) m7 E: h! fŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
% ~& N: m& g2 k# t; u% A0 t$ @Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
+ w6 ^* p7 T6 UŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
# e9 X+ U- }# S  `Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
) [0 {7 I4 X3 H9 h  y9 m' A0 I2 [Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

6 U$ l* d3 _3 v8 d1 _! [Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
" l) T+ M' A$ m: t; y$ [Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
