工作职责
+ t4 t- h( f0 E! W, b* lŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
; j0 L& @( [4 A) YŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
" D$ Y/ V! {  k+ |0 U3 O  NŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
# ?* M  P* M' T" NŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
/ B. |0 J& P; n/ |% k4 uŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
) `  H2 I% J* c+ W% m; a' OŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
: K* c$ S' x# n5 C& c1 TŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
8 h- x1 L$ J% D7 s: t  r" E1 cŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
