3 H! i' }$ c. C+ ~Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
; t) ~7 L- f' I5 P) h2 }% i& dŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
3 R. Q9 K0 x, M1 e) [Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
! w2 q# e9 b  k( C1 y/ r3 `! d" QŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
& q. K4 N- ?: _( W+ Y% n% V; PŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
' y; P, t; m6 D+ Z# `1 Z; M5 z5 tŸ   Excellent communication skills
# l) x# R( A3 D2 s/ w* d- eŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
3 |5 l2 v& a% M' H1 ]! {2 OŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
+ y- Z5 h5 R: U4 eŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
3 Q6 U/ ~& O% d" x& _9 K/ Y) iŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
# M$ I* P4 ?2 s3 p$ C7 {Ÿ   Computer experience required.
8 V0 y8 `, K3 W! T& \Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
