Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget./ [; R, j7 Q( C6 d t9 [
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.# I! n/ v! x' K2 o5 }8 ^
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.* ~1 @, }$ n% z

$ @- C8 o6 G: b1 r, y# G Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
. y q3 V+ P3 C( [8 J Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
5 Y* v( i8 {- u. G5 m Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
& I! P2 e" B7 _$ ~ Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.: C$ m9 D3 w9 c* w( b
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
/ J Z7 J ?4 \' G) s J Ability to interpret construction drawings./ b7 k3 m* `- W+ g; ?4 X
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
q) T, |* x2 k: |/ ? Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.3 `7 n1 ?8 O2 m9 Q+ ~* n6 e6 z
Excellent communication skills
/ b5 h. S+ W* }2 \6 } Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.- w, V0 s. ]8 A& T
WHMIS 6 }! |3 q# i4 H
Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.3 V/ I# u( O2 I
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
$ _ i, N2 M0 F Valid driver’s license
4 x9 w5 t' L: J. H- h Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
/ E% _! Y4 F2 T5 O' x0 _$ c; m5 b Computer experience required. " g. o( n9 ]# n4 [, O, R
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.4 o |4 W, E+ @- B; @1 K g6 d# {
