Plan meetings and take detailed minutes+ E2 J& ?2 M" T
Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system F/ b% u% M4 E3 m* }
Update and maintain office policies and procedures- q7 A8 f( U. R+ v
Maintain CRM (Copper)6 x% N/ Z/ h6 k$ r- A8 u6 b
Submit and reconcile expense reports# m) |/ M; a7 l' G
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
# `- q* j3 O1 _# c* z! V" X Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
