Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Update and maintain office policies and procedures4 [' C0 `. b& g# y: C U
Maintain CRM (Copper)
; J0 F; i$ B6 ?+ {- E Submit and reconcile expense reports
V+ V: V8 M6 T& z- x3 a5 i Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients7 E9 D: i3 _, M2 D! Y
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

/ `8 l7 H( z8 K Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
9 p B5 ~# g! y; L$ h3 fHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
