Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system

Submit and reconcile expense reports+ L4 j6 _8 \& t! u5 \- Z
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients$ ]( p7 @0 Q+ T" h/ j5 i
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
