Update and maintain office policies and procedures
\$ y% E' P; `% [' ?$ a Maintain CRM (Copper)) v6 D1 r2 h; R
Submit and reconcile expense reports; m$ H6 \% T6 y, ^' F
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients1 b# h0 H9 C1 ^. V; h1 H, j
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers% [4 T: ^0 i s/ c& a ^2 y0 r6 O# {

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
6 @# Z i; n8 G# g6 r4 J Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
% a; L- R( W3 m! V Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus7 e7 a& o. a; @' |" ^3 |
