工作职责
2 f1 J( b; k+ X* HŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
# }% b5 i" ]7 _& o3 SŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

4 N5 o! j4 b+ Q. j2 E  lŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
8 j1 q/ ^9 c( R8 _! TŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
4 V2 i9 }/ N5 _* B% YŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
7 K5 H: i" h/ x- \$ j2 X7 AŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
5 Z. e' s8 Z& n! i; U7 }Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
% O6 r" e  t! {7 v* }3 E  U7 lŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
; Z/ U  T: D  v! P$ ?! AŸ   WHMIS
: L% Q) T6 }/ O& V# |3 J. X1 vŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
0 \0 K9 F. }$ n& z' gŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
' R6 K" Y$ \0 W/ @# k3 C/ N. \Ÿ   Computer experience required.
- B6 X$ i  p! s  SExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
