工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
- C& J  \. a9 g' P0 J! r+ cŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
7 s0 \8 A4 K' @) ~+ ], n4 p9 FŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
6 M0 |  b" z8 h7 b, FŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
7 R' L8 I8 _; u# K2 p2 J- SŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
: _* Q9 R* m( W6 ]6 VŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
9 C: y, f# ~* g: ZŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
4 F, N* S' a: D9 Z% C3 ?Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
0 U2 y- G( c' h" rŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

1 q. o$ g# ?. ]5 e/ DŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

+ A# ~3 W( x5 ?5 u# c/ U5 D; r4 `Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
% z3 J0 B% H& L, W5 a6 FŸ   Computer experience required.
' w  O& Y; W) w' s2 h/ Y% D3 v. vExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
