) {7 A6 G- _/ H Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
0 j+ O6 M: O, f s& I" d/ h: `& R Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.5 M2 y* g$ P- O) T

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.* {, i: u) T$ [* l
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
3 s/ {) J3 |% _& L P Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.8 M8 s$ Y( P/ }4 p+ a L. A
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
4 D! ?) Q6 b1 @4 o Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
: g, O' @2 P" a. l Ability to interpret construction drawings.
( h ^$ S* C5 _ Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
n9 i6 T m' p- n Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.7 K# G! E" D8 Z9 W& p
Excellent communication skills
' [$ j; ~3 S$ J8 O. ?5 m Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
& |7 l9 m. G- h& E k0 L WHMIS 6 A9 ?4 E7 |) q1 C
Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
$ H) B$ @8 Y: P8 |& _; x9 U Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.+ S, `$ t8 m* R+ n
Valid driver’s license. \% Y$ q4 ~( `% N& [
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
0 l" w) F4 C0 _$ G; l Computer experience required.
. P; z4 _$ j$ G- u8 C4 ZExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
