Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
: Q; O( d. U  @1 N4 Q+ KŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
8 d( m! z6 R+ @4 sŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
! Y* x1 _: m/ @0 }, w* [Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
5 c, e- v) q/ PŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
( m7 C0 g3 ?$ u- F% ]$ N; P+ NŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
7 [2 a+ T1 I! S) T1 {+ A% mŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
* g. v4 |8 r. uŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
+ }0 L- j3 \4 }" ?( \( i# N6 QŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
; {! y4 X  a7 p# E$ t* p( |Ÿ   WHMIS
1 [/ A8 P: J6 r+ r! i- L, uŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
6 W; k+ U6 G- D" l& u, WŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
) c8 B7 c" M0 dŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
! D# }4 f' F1 `3 O& bŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
