工作职责
" [, t* [* i& \ Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
y6 G* T2 ?& w1 ~ n Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
# a# `& s& e+ @, O; F5 Q5 b. h: F Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.3 {' {0 j+ L- a+ L! \
任职要求
0 _6 U& b+ ?, W7 V- m N Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.% }# y, O, `) @4 ?3 o
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.2 ]4 G: d/ f) s* I. Y( L4 q
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
3 ?; v; a- q: _" a& U. b: T Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.: e$ f# g7 }7 h3 ^
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.. c7 A- F' M; s" V+ v* H
Ability to interpret construction drawings." L h1 r7 E0 V% K% [2 T
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.9 t$ `! X" J' i l- j- a/ ^* s8 j Q! e
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
" `# Z+ j5 ]; B4 ] Excellent communication skills7 N: e2 U: ^: T, p5 B
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

5 Q" M* c7 [) b" A. I, g Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required. j5 @8 e- X5 x, U0 J
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
6 S) J |6 m. h; f/ Y) U: A6 x Computer experience required.
2 C# v; Z* @: L# wExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.) d! F, ^+ ^3 M

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
