  r5 @+ y$ c5 m  ^  r9 O6 sŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
" C. w9 z, y+ N. X6 SŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
  }/ x) [+ u9 L6 w* k任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
5 g+ K: Q+ u# [8 n3 VŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
0 ~: V' q/ Y: z4 ?2 ?1 ZŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
5 R6 F; {" s1 w5 y& h* }; NŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
8 i! c! u% F4 j9 Q) M, LŸ   WHMIS
  ]0 X& l6 V* c0 i( K' S+ mŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
- O4 w# n9 j9 Y6 j% H' n) lŸ   Valid driver’s license
) \! ~- K$ X) sŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
# p4 \& I" i  ZExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
