Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures: v+ G+ o6 E8 ]. e* w
Maintain CRM (Copper)
4 i" x' G5 Q. q0 F) b Submit and reconcile expense reports
( b5 x& B5 H$ e Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients) y, o# i3 c7 [
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers2 G# s) F4 H2 E3 @ z: w+ E

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy+ j: R* k% d* x& \; g
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs$ i0 I/ c9 @7 H2 Y: \+ _6 I
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
