Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

' \! E6 i; r& _+ I* d0 h Maintain CRM (Copper)
. P) e u9 ^: M. F- M0 m, L% y+ r Submit and reconcile expense reports
. m+ ~! x7 m9 P9 P Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
% d" ]* m$ c9 G. i ?" y3 C# a8 a& d Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers! p0 w1 z# [! i8 o I

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
