Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
n" J5 y+ j, x h* x$ K1 W. p2 {: N Maintain CRM (Copper); X t/ @$ {8 h
Submit and reconcile expense reports) a: C# K6 c4 {3 K9 s7 @
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
1 \3 ?5 f, D7 F1 y ? Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers" G2 L- u4 N8 {; Z2 Y

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs2 H+ s1 e: `3 p/ E: r& {
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
