工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
/ F3 P" V) ^3 o9 `Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
9 [; L5 v! a* IŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
' J$ N3 G( m/ bŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
) X$ H8 t. z- qŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
5 M( B9 L) ?( W+ NŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
& m) ^% w5 s$ V# B, v: e6 k; qŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
3 l  m) V. t& C8 M. j  f# S9 ~- QŸ   Valid driver’s license
; h* Z0 S) G. ?6 }/ R" i8 ~Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
$ J' |3 ?$ R: M' o. q0 e, \Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
