工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
8 ~# K  _9 i. t% q; G/ |- {Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
3 g) M/ P* I+ q7 AŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
* k$ K% ]2 i) a9 O" |+ e+ W) d" P7 KŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
! W. B3 S, ]! H6 T2 PŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
) \7 r4 W2 t2 s$ ~& IŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
- D% l7 X: i  \! Y7 @Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
) A1 }. u! N. b1 _0 `9 y$ \3 \Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
