工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
: Z* h; q3 K: ]' SŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
0 z5 [; \0 R2 A& f6 XŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
, ~" F1 `& O, R0 j+ V* g. AŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

4 P0 U  K7 [1 W( [% |: v& ]& OŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
2 u+ V% g3 o; L5 dŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
3 c3 H$ A) D% \* LŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
% e% a" Q0 Q) E: wŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
7 R( c/ w* P, e' F( \Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
