. }0 N$ G2 l& e* s- G% @- FŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
+ F$ b9 c& ?7 S6 D/ S% W5 lŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
- S. |' _7 W4 M" t# ^) wŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
* d( d) ?1 H% u% I$ O' X2 ~! _Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
* e# f4 m5 Q2 e/ G# A1 XŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

8 S, W" w$ t7 T. h, K- F1 EŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.

4 ^; k9 n, ~$ }& i  M4 j: TExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
