工作职责
- `" N* ]" U( e2 X$ { Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget./ i* M! O% T8 j* q
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.- z7 v. U5 V# r. Y1 U" q! W
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.) g/ M& N! a7 y; D/ V

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
' N+ k# x9 Z" ?7 l- x Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience." Z. G3 X2 H$ @- }. J" o* t
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.# o; H% V8 n# p7 b* F
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.5 R$ i; f8 h& n/ y2 T6 g) C' [6 w c
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects." `% M7 P* z& {% {- ]$ t( Q
Ability to interpret construction drawings.; Y" ^0 p }6 b3 t; N }% W
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
+ U/ R- `! K/ R$ l+ p+ g8 w7 g Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.4 }2 K- A6 l0 B0 W5 Q, N) w$ [8 h. }
Excellent communication skills
) t5 ^- i; {5 S* N6 x- r0 Z, u Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment." r; e" P' [ L1 J$ Z. ^: q3 T
WHMIS
, d) r6 p6 W4 w% o/ ^5 F, z+ F Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.: h5 }3 B6 n" D W& D' O
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
( U. \1 E, }6 d* V! A" G Valid driver’s license
) p: E% O" C! E- R: h6 `4 G Steel toed boots and own hand tools.3 |5 z2 o2 |8 p. V
Computer experience required. 9 `8 N9 r4 U3 u$ f6 W
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
