Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget. c8 H B) Y+ [9 j' C
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.: ] `3 f$ B: ~, A
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.& t9 v- v6 r" Q! k

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
3 X( X9 _& B2 h' C$ F* U# Q2 f, R8 R5 ^ Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
& U7 }; p5 E: Z8 z, O Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.; I# [* J/ `; P) j
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
% @0 r8 x( Q1 X ^ Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.! a/ p( n" e8 e
Ability to interpret construction drawings.7 Q& g. L: }; p& r, b V! ~) v
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.2 ]: }2 M) U3 O& {( e
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.! ]% q% @8 j- p' s! H
Excellent communication skills
& h- i- D$ C3 b Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
0 o y& _% c* C4 R( W/ d) g5 n Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
& u- c- P2 e/ x) g& ]0 g Valid driver’s license
$ N' F9 a! J* D! y7 a' S3 |) p Steel toed boots and own hand tools.) d( S* K0 u( a: g; h6 v
Computer experience required. 0 j" ]* g4 V+ z$ o) e
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year 2 F4 C* Z' \5 ~. `
