工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
4 P0 |8 s  f; mŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

9 E7 s9 G% K' \0 ~0 rŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
4 r% U7 D) _& r6 rŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
9 ]$ r' L3 f- M3 z4 w3 C/ z/ XŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
$ Z# x- h* [7 h' f' L& wŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
/ I: I/ |  \2 y- p4 B. oŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

2 K4 S. W1 j5 W% pŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
/ P9 A) t9 h. P! E$ p, @Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license

Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
