Create email templates for operations department

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
) S( Y# k4 T7 C+ N5 K7 {) l Maintain CRM (Copper)
3 L! e1 Y5 `) I& B2 \ Submit and reconcile expense reports
1 Q, l* e, M. P* v Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. W9 K0 q% q% p* r6 w
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs# f/ a. _% ?+ Y% B
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail$ B% ^) x2 Z+ @0 G4 m" b7 ]( `! y
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus5 n: o4 d8 q& Y$ o2 n7 G3 u% b( r
