Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures. f6 g* @: j' v3 V- Z
Maintain CRM (Copper)3 [* \1 a, p/ ^; m/ T7 d
Submit and reconcile expense reports
7 H- }8 K% j3 B6 k1 b( G9 A1 G Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients) g' l/ Q+ c! U' s# O
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers* Y$ J9 N" V/ ?& g

H; ~( B# m/ } O+ W Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
( c# u/ N* b6 [# n" |9 C Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
