Create email templates for operations department
" e6 v; b% w! S3 E3 _ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures* i, N F+ [3 x" Q
Maintain CRM (Copper)
1 f* _. d' G/ i/ u Submit and reconcile expense reports( P' e* L( W: S% s o0 b0 m
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients8 l& x6 o& T6 Y( u6 g) t
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
