Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system* d- X* @% U( T+ a0 P
Update and maintain office policies and procedures& w5 u* `5 ~" Z/ T
Maintain CRM (Copper)8 p2 {! o8 D6 n) M
Submit and reconcile expense reports' C; Q! {! D, [6 i0 X& K. d
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. Q; s; Z! S4 s: z3 j" |/ Z
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
