Create email templates for operations department

Update and maintain office policies and procedures. J& n" L g" u# O. M0 @
Maintain CRM (Copper)% g1 I4 n& @) L. _& H
Submit and reconcile expense reports6 ?1 v7 X' N' P3 ^+ r7 O. z; J
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
' u) V) d! l; B1 Q" f* s' V Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers3 W% ^! r! p* Y7 z. M- ?

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy8 I" Z0 p. @9 V1 J" s2 e* K
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
1 c/ r( B* l/ r# D5 z Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
